bed was comfortable and it had hypo-allergenic pillows. it had an unbeatable setting near giardini, venice and cafes and shops.

we loved the stay here, really comfortable experience. it was located in a lovely area so close to the water bus, giardini and arsenale and cafes and shops near by, the place had an electric kettle, a microwave, and air conditioning.

This place has central heating, an iron/ironing board, and coffee/tea makers, and it's conveniently located next to cafes and shops.

The window faced the street and the host made me feel at home.

Great location for seeing the city's main attractions and close to public transportation. Communication with the host was excellent and the check-in process was smooth. the host was helpful and accommodating when we experienced issues with the apartment, offering an upgrade and assisting with our belongings.

Our stay was marred by several safety and hygiene issues. We had to deal with water leaks in the kitchen, greasy plates, dirty surfaces, a moldy shower curtain, and rusty screws in the bathroom.

Great value, helpful and lovely host, close to shops and restaurants, excellent facilities, perfect location for the Biennale, cute and flexible host.

The location of the apartments is unbeatable, right by the canal and close to the water buses. It's so convenient for exploring the city and getting to all the major attractions. the rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions on how to find the apartment.

There is a lack of plug sockets, especially in the kitchen.

The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room for my family. The host was super friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information and tips for our stay.- The location of the apartment was fantastic, being right next to the water and having a supermarket just a short walk away.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made them quite warm, especially in the upper floor where the living room AC didn't reach. Some of the facilities in the apartments were quite old and not in the best condition, such as broken ovens and non-functioning TVs.
